본 연구는 간호대학생의 창업태도를 측정 할 수 있는 도구를 개발하고 개발된 도구의 신뢰도와 타당성을 검증하기 위해 시도되었다. 선행문헌과 간호창업가를 대상으로 한 심층면담자료에 대한 이차분석을 통해 총 45개 예비문항을 개발하였으며 전문가타당도를 거쳐 25개문항을 선정하였다. 324명의 간호대학생을 대상의 예비조사를 실시하여 도구의 타당성과 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 분석 결과 6개 요인, 총 12개 문항의 도구가 도출되었고 이는 74.4%를 설명하였다. 6개요인은 각각 ‘자기실현의 기회’, ‘네트워크형성’, ‘창업역량강화’, ‘ 창업성과’, ‘창업기반준비‘ 로 명명하였다. 개발된 도구의 신뢰도 Cronbach’s alpha는 .75 였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 간호창업태도 측정도구는 간호창업 활성화를 위한 실태 조사 연구, 간호창업 교육 프로그램의 효과 평가 연구, 간호창업 교과과정 개발 및 평가 연구 등에 측정 지표로서 활용될 수 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and psychometrically test the nursing start-up attitude scale for student nurses.
Methods: The initial items were based on the second analysis of systematic review of previous studies and in-depth interview data with 9 nurse entrepreneurs. In total, 25 items were derived based on the pilot survey. Psychometric testing was conducted with 324 student nurses. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability test methods.
Results: Six factors, including 12 items explaining 74.4% of the total variance, were verified. The factors were opportunity of self actualization, network building, enhacing start-up competencies, outcomes of start-up, preparation for start-ups, and risk taking. Cronbach’s α was .75.
Conclusion: As validity and reliability have been verified through various methods, the developed scale in this study can contribute to assessing student nurses’ attitudes to nursing start-ups.
